"We take on the role of mentors, guiding and supporting the coaches within these clubs. Drawing from our wealth of experience developed at our Academy, we provide insights and practical demonstrations. This encompasses a comprehensive view, from the intricacies of small-sided games to the dynamics of full 11-a-side matches, showcasing the breadth of our expertise and commitment to enhancing football development."

"Baldoyle United Football Club is delighted to become an affiliate club of Shelbourne Football Club. We look forward to working with Shelbourne to further develop our teams, coaches and club. It is a particularly fitting relationship given that former Baldoyle United player Kate Mooney is now a regular first team player at Shelbourne Women's team, and recently Dan Ring has played for Shelbourne's Men's first team after moving directly to their Academy team from Baldoyle United."
